Parish News, December 18

This will be very brief. As many of you know, Fr. Ray has been sick all week and will not be in church on Sunday. Mother Mo will be in the driver's seat this weekend.

I was notified late Thursday evening that Dorothy Asch was taken to St. Raphael's Hospital. Mother Mo has been to see Dorothy and reports that she might be in the hospital for at least a week. Dorothy would love to have visitors. She is in West 322.

This is a reminder to please bring HATS, SCARVES and GLOVES for Chapel on the Green this Sunday; also, we'll be making lunches for Chapel on the Green after church at 11:30 a.m; all helpers are welcome.

Monday, December 21, will be our annual Greening of the Church and Potluck Supper. Come at 6:00 p.m. for supper (bring a dish to share), then help decorate the church for Christmas.

The choir's new CD, "O Great Mystery: Music for the Birth of a Savior" is here just in time for Christmas. Copies will be available at church on Sunday for $15, and we'll be letting you know how else you can buy them in coming days. You can hear samples from the disc on our Music page.

Have a good weekend,
Frances
